This machine can be adjusted on the fly you only need 5 seconds to turn it from a liner to a shader without the need of touching the power supply.
The latest version of the Fly has a new precision adjustable needlebar stabilizing system which allows us to operate the machine without rubberbands, just add the exact amount of pressure against the needlebar and get a perfect stabilazed needle.
The Fly can be set up to hit at short, medium, or long strokes by simply changing the interchangeable excenters on the motor- engine. It is capable of hitting at any stroke length from 2,6 mm up to 5,5 mm to suit your needs, for maximum efficiency and for the shortest healing times.
The Fly weighs only 68 grams (2.4 oz). Ergonomic design and well balanced. The motor-engine for the Fly weighs only 57 grams (2oz). The Fly, together with the motor-engine, weighs only 125grams (4.4 oz).
The motor-engine carries a powerful 4,5 watt motor (Swiss-made) by Maxon motor. Drives up to 50 needles or more without problems. The motor-engine for the Fly carries the excenter with a bearing.
The motor engine for the Fly always comes with a medium stroke excenter which causes minimum 3,5 mm stroke and maximum 4,4 mm stroke. Optionally, we offer shorter and longer stroke excenters, the short stroke version causes minimum 2,6 mm stroke and maximum 3,4 mm stroke. The long stroke version causes minimum 4,4 mm stroke and maximum 5,5 mm stroke.
The Fly is perfectly CNC-machined from a solid block of aircraft aluminum and then anodized. Patented machine copying or duplicating is not allowed. Linear armature motion. Adjust the speed by the power supply to 3.000 ~ 10.000 stitches per minute. 7-13 volt.
