Powedered detergent concentrate. This will make up to 52 gallons of ultrasonic solution. This is one of the preferred brands of cleaners used in ultrasonics for soaking of tattoo and piercing equipment. Alconox is a dry powder. When diluted with distilled water his cleaner effectively loosens dried tattoo ink, blood, soft tissue and the like from your instruments. Once soaked, instruments are then ready to be autoclaved.
